I am going to perform zosmf installations for the first time. Going through the zosmf installations I can see there are some racf classes are getting activated. Our production LPAR are not same as test lpar. So to get a proper zosmf workflow for production lpar upgrade i was thinking about implementing zosmf on our production lpar. Is it a good idea to implement zosnf on production without impacting the RACF definition? Has anyone tried getting zosmf on production directly and what are the caveats to be taken care ?
