Suggestion:
Restore ... EAV=???
NO store in non-EAV area.
SAME Store same EAV/non-EAV area.
YES (default) If eligible as is and above threshold store in EAV space).
CONVERT (If eligible, change data set attributes to be able to store
in EAV area, actual location according to space and threshold, not all
datasets are eligible).
FORCE  (If eligible, convert attribute ans store in EAV area if it will fit).
