I have DFHSM running on z/OS 1.11. It migrates certain SMS managed volumes when they hit a certain percent full and keep migrating until a lower threshhold is hit. My question is this. What order does it dump datasets? Does it start in the vtoc and go in sequential order? The customer seems to feel that it should start with the olddest datasets first. My impression is it just goes in vtoc order and migrates the biggest datasets
