Hello,
I was studying SCRT and a doubt appeared. If we have a CPC with few Lpars, all
of them with Define Capacity (DC) established, what happens if the DC of one of
the Lpars is changed to ZERO.
I know how CPC billing is calculated. For the 1-hour billing peak, it uses the
lowest value between DC and R4H. To calculate the 1-hour value for DC or R4H,
SCRT uses the 4 15-minute average value. For instance:
DC of 12:00=(AVG_DC(12:01 to 12:15)+AVG_DC(12:16 to 12:30)+AVG_DC(12:31 to
12:45)+AVG_DC(12:46 to 13:00))/4
The same calculation applies to R4H, and the Billing of 12:00 will be the
lowest value between DC and R4H.
If DC is set to ZERO, maybe at 12:22, the DC calculation will be distorted,
possibly generating very small values, which will impact the billing
calculation.
How SCRT will behave? Does it still use the DC value or will it only consider
R4H to calculate the 12:00 billing?

Best Regards
Iuri
