It's not that every address space has a unique LNKLST, but there can be multiple LNKLST sets defined and when an address space or job starts, the current LNKLST set is associated with that address space / job.
That association remains for the life of the address space / job, aside from the unpredictably dangerous LNKLST UPDATE operation (which generally should only be used only if you can afford for your system to crash, perhaps if the alternative to using it is to re-IPL immediately anyway).
