The first two are in Common; the HCT is of course in JES2's private. NOTPI, no warranty, etc, but I found all the above with a quick glance at the source. Macro $GETADDR appears to provide a somewhat more official way of accessing the HCT and many other blocks, but I don't know how it would work in an ad-hoc environment such as what you will presumably have. Worth a look, though.
