Jake, When you setup the SMPE zones to start with, you will have jobs that will do UCLIN. So I would look at the SMPE Manuals to see the process used to create brand news zones and FMIDs, etc...
A little research will help you understand this process. Then when you run into issues with error messages, you can post them. Sometimes I think you do not want to do the research and try a process. But would rather have us tell you what to do. We are trying to help you by having you do research. Many times in my career I have had senior people tell me - If I was not here how would you "fix" it.
