Jim Mulder pointed out a page https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/apar/II02045 that hints at some details, and contains references to a good many APARs that are evidently no longer findable by mere customers. I'm still not certain if the session manager uses SVC screening, but I think it probably doesn't, because there are other exits in the SVC 94/95 modules that it installs, and that may or may not be documented somewhere. It's frustrating when IBM does things like this, i.e. as part of an upgrade removes documentation for things that were once well documented. I suppose it's part of keeping life hard for the competition, but is there actually any for something like this?
