I have a in-line PROC and was using the // SET value with SYMBOLS=JCLONLY. I have repeated
// SET // EXEC PROC I found that the last step in the PROC gets the new //SET value, i.e., the SET value after the PROC. Adding an IEFBR14 step to the end of the PROC fixed the "problem".
