Have you logged on to the HMC/SE --> Advanced Facilties --> Select the OSC Chpid Type --> Card Specific Advanced Facilities --> Display Active Sessions Configuration
What "State" is 0802? What "LU Name" is it? What "Session Type" is it? Have you actually loaded a valid OSA-ICC Configuration onto the Card?
