I found the Zowe documentation hard to follow, there is no clean golden path, and there are a lot of distractions in the documentation (and some of it doesn't work).
I've been working with the team and come up with some doc which one day may get fed into the product. It is still work in progress <https://github.com/colinpaicemq/MQTools/tree/master/Zowe> . I've been distracted into trying to get the Java tasks to start faster. (They disabled shared classes cache which added a long time for my little z/OS on zPDT!). I've got some doc on using existing certificates, key store and trust store. I'll dig it out, and stick it on the same site. If people want to contact me offline - please feel free to do so.
