Below are links to the oldest ISPF/PDF manuals I can find. I remember using
a previous edition of the 'General Information' manual to teach an SPF
class to newbies in the early 1980s. It is a good intro, but the original
audience for that book was TSO line-mode users, folks that were used to the
native TSO line-mode EDIT, SUBMIT, STATUS and TEST commands, etc.
