Hi!

I havenoticed a pretty odd situation regarding our RACF backup database that I
amstill unable to explain (I have already asked on RACFL).

For my own RACFuserid, the LAST-CONNECT date to my “DEFAULT GROUP” is not being
updated on theBACKUP RACF database (not even once a day). As far as I have
tested, this isonly happening for my own userid (for all the others, things
seems to beworking properly). LISTUSER shows the correct LAST-CONNECT date,
but, as weknow, RACF commands read information from the PRIMARY RACF database.
It is froman IRRDBU00 unload of the RACF BACKUP database where I see an
outdatedLAST-CONNECT date (type 0205 User Connect Data Record). A very old
date, by theway ( 10 April 2024). Since that date I have of course logoned many
times, butLAST-CONNECT BACKUP date is stuck there (10 april 2024). LAST-ACCESS,
on theother hand, is correctly updated in the BACKUP. And BOTH dates
(LAST-ACCESS andLAST-CONNECT) are correct in the primary database.

Bothutilities IRRDBU00 and IRRUT200, when run against PRIMARY and BACKUP
RACFdatabases, ends with RC=00. No errors are detected.

We have inSETROPTS:

INITSTATS

STATISTICS= NONE

INACTIVE(xx)

In IRRPRMxxPARMLIB member we have:

UPDATEBACKUP(NOSTATS)

To sum itup:

RACF seemsunable to update DEFAULT-GROUP LAST-CONNECT DATE (and time) on the
RACF BACKUPdatabase.

Any ideasof what could be happening?
Thanks in advance for your help,
Juan Mautalen
