I'm trying to setup the HTTP server from IBM Ported tools. I can not get the server to start. $ bin/apachectl start (111)EDC5111I Permission denied. (errno2=0x744C7246): make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80 no listening sockets available, shutting down Unable to open logs
In the documentation it talks about setting up the PORT statement in TCPIP. Contained in my TCPIP parms file 80 TCP WEBSRV1 ; Web Server WEBSRV1 is the name of the started task. When that didn't work I also tried using the userid that the started tasks runs as - WWWSERV I get the same eror using either name on the PORT statement. I've tried to run down the errno2 message, but as of yet I can not find it's documentation.
