I have a program where I need to include some members from SYS1.CSSLIB at bind time but the local SDLC process doesn't yet include that library in the binder SYSLIB DD (in progress, but it takes time).
In the meantime, if the library was mirrored in the Unix file system I could temporarily use the "INCLUDE path" control card to get testing done ahead of the anticipated SDLC update.
