We do have another internal RFE to provide an ability to highlight lines within
SYSOUT browse.

Without going into specifics, it requires a non-trivial amount of updates to
the code path that is both quite old and also in the critical path of
functionality provided by SDSF. I can say that it did not make z/OS 3.2
release, but is under strong consideration for the release after that.

We (SDSF development) do not really want to get into supporting Doug's panel
exit. I understand its value to certain users, however it does have inherent
risk and will require reworking when ISFPCU41 (and ISFPNO41) change.

with a set of additional customisations, since about forever, and it would
be ever so nice if Rocket could create a version that will work on newer
versions of z/OS, where some attribute bytes in the ISFPCU41 seem to have
changed. Just provide, talking to you Rocket, a basic skeleton, that we can
adapt to our needs, but that's kept in sync with the current release of
SDSF.
