I have all of the products for each of the sites I maintain inside Rainlendar, 
but you could do the same thing with outlook or any other calendaring program.  
In my case, I have it set up to tell me when it gets to 60 days before each 
product at each site, and it generates an email to go to whoever is in charge 
of getting the product renewed (that part is done with Pergenex Automate).  I 
also have the directions in the reminders for how to implement the new licenses 
(just in case I forget what the DSNs are at that site).  It would likely be a 
lot easier for a single site though.  

I like Rainlendar because it integrates with Outlook where pergenex automate 
runs.  I'm sure there are probably quite a few calendaring products that could 
do this now, but I set mine up several years back.
