What are you attempting to do? Why do you feel the need to attach a subtask with JSTCB=YES? First, in order to use JSTCB=YES, the TCB issuing the ATTACH must be a job step. Second, a TCB can ONLY attach JSTCB=YES or JSTCB=NO subtasks. This is primarily intended for use by the initiator or the USS program initiator, and isn't really expected to be used by applications.
