TPUT and TGET are not part of the TMP. The TIOC/VTIOC macros have current 
documentation, and the old 3270 datastream documentation is still valid.

What is missing is documentation on how the TMP and TSO service routines 
interact with REXX; initialization, proprietary interfaces, etc. I suspect that 
there's not a lot to do, but absent proprietary documentation i have no way to 
confirm it.

Other than TPUT & TGET, what TSO TMP doc could be missing?
