TPUT and TGET are not part of the TMP. The TIOC/VTIOC macros have current documentation, and the old 3270 datastream documentation is still valid.
What is missing is documentation on how the TMP and TSO service routines interact with REXX; initialization, proprietary interfaces, etc. I suspect that there's not a lot to do, but absent proprietary documentation i have no way to confirm it. -- Shmuel (Seymour J.)
