Working on a client system that has some unusual datasets alias defined for
some z/OS system datasets. Other than the Scream method, is there any way to
determine if the aliases are being used? Anything in RACF or SMF or any other
option?

More crazy than unusual, they some how lost their z/OS DLIB datasets so the
crested alias for SYS1.AMODGEN and SYS1.AMACLIB to SYS1.MODGEN and SYS1.MACLIB.
Those are the crazy examples but I am more concerned about the ones like alias
SYS1.SISP* pointing to ISP.SISP*.

Thanks
Rebecca
