It strongly appears as a group we are standing up to the low-ball rates that the Indian recruiters At offering. I was approached about 10 times yesterday for a job for San Bernardino County by email and LinkedIn and they we offering $60/Hr W2 that was no surprise. I emailed back $135/Hr W2 and was called several Times and I again told them $135/Hr W2. Talking to the Indian recruiter, evidently as a group we all stood up and emailed back $135/Hr W2 Or directly told them $135/Hr W2.
