Extremely trivial and "obvious" in retrospect. And my (vague) goal included simplifying all this stuff anyway. And it is simple now - at least within the specified constraints. You want OS/2 on the mainframe? Another trivial API to add - the code is already there - I put it on the x86 first for obvious reasons, but nothing preventing it from being added (on the mainframe, EBCDIC, whatever) the same way the Windows API (subset that I need) was added.
