Joe,

I sure love it when you ignore what I suggested you do, but it sounds like the
SDSF DYNX display shows the information from the DISPLAY PROG,EXIT command that
I had mentioned.

IIRC a value of 0 for the entry point address of an exit routine in the display
output means that the exit routine was located in LPA and that is the copy that
was used (you can use DISPLAY PROG,LPA,MODNAME=xxx if you want to see its
address). I might not be remembering correctly (there's "something" that shows
0 for the EPA when LPA is involved, conceivably it's not DISPLAY PROG,EXIT);
another possibility is that the exit routine is not active.

It was not an accident that I asked about all the results of your SETPROGs -
what message did you get? It is also important to know about the exit routines
of the exit BEFORE (as well as after) your SETPROG. Whether you use SDSF or
DISPLAY PROG to view that information might well not matter (I don't know the
details of what SDSF implemented).

Until you provide the information, I give up.
