Running an unsupported operating system 1.13 on a Z9 processor. No SYSPLEX
timer installed.

We are coming up on the time falling back the first Sunday in November. We
have a slight problem.
We are not able to shutdown and IPL the system to wait an hour but need to
change the time. We are thinking possibly
that issuing the TIMEZONE W.05.00.00 or set CLOCK=hh.mm.ss commands should do
the trick.

We do plan on shutting down all online systems, logger files along with SMF.
Not sure about SYSLOG or how OMVS will
handle the situation.

Any suggestions or gotchas we might be missing?
