Long live the #DIE macro !!

My years at MORINO->LEGENT supporting MICS VCC (DASD/DFHSM collector) aside my
dev-guy colleague and recently-passed John Adams (and also Keith Hatton, his
predecessor) were always filled with his XDC antics (multi-tasking address
space) out of pure amazement, along with the decades of very-fine
support//guidance from you Dave and others a Cole Software !!

A genuine: Thank you !!
