List of all files & directories assigned to this UID and the GID permissions 
aren't at least sufficient to cover the owner permissions.  You'll need to 
determine if these files can be accessed by anyone needing access. Also think 
about future file creation and the effect of ownership may affect it. It's 
possible this is not as difficult as it appears.
