We have some users who have SPECIAL attribute. Whenever they type three wrong passwords and 4th time it prompts WTOR message in console prompting to reply whether Y to allow user or N to revoke. until the response is given the system is locked out. Are these WTOR part of RACF set up or else these comes out from EXITS ? Is there a way to lock the special user without WTOR or locking out once they enter 4 wrong passwords?
