If you happen to be in communication with the folks who work with the
web sites, please let them know it's really confusing the way normal web
errors are rerouted to a general entry page. For example, 404's don't
indicate a page not found, they just head you off to a main page.
Probably similar with whatever error code is coming back from ShopZ.

I am told the Shopz application is down, and I believe the server by default
reroutes requests to the marketing page. I was not offered an estimated up
time. Feel free to open a case with IBM Support if you want more specifics, or
just try again later.
