What need for TSO? "address SDSF" works fine for me in a non-TSO
address space. (Is there an "address ISF"?)
If the OPS/MVS environment lacks the SDSF command processor, it
might be either an integrity requirement, or just plain oversight, kinda
like the SH command processor's being unavailable in some address
spaces.
