I assume Darren don't have the time to monitor the list full time. And probably not able to remove mails (manually) before they reach us.
Many years ago when I used POP3 mail, I had a Bayesian mail filter for sorting incoming mails. It was self learning based on my manual filtering. Quite soon it handled all sorting by itself nearly flawless. Spam especially, it learns patterns. Maybe this kind of solution clould solve this problem.
