   I am guessing that you are looking for delays from dataset extends.
Looking at page 5-318 of the IBM Tivoli Omegamon XE Performance Expert on
z/OS, version 5.4, SH12-7065-00, I see that this type of suspension could
be a good starting point for analysis:
