You are correct - the cbttape site hasn't been updated yet (should be later today)
I've created a GitHub release with an xmit file here https://github.com/lbdyck/racfadm/releases for 40.9 for those who prefer that method of installation. To use the XMIT do: 1. download the xmit from github to your pc 2. binary ftp/sftp upload to z/OS into a sequential dataset with a DCB of RECFM=FB and LRECL=80 3. issue TSO RECEIVE INDS(uploaded.xmit) and follow the prompts Hope this helps Lionel B.
