I have installed it about a dozen times for sites that wanted to give it a try, but not one of them purchased it. It has some issues with some of the simple stuff, even just scheduling by time of day had some problems if the task has/had pre-reqs.
The install is pretty easy, and actual setup is also fairly straight forward, but it was in the actual use of the product that the sites ran into issues. If you need more details, let me know.
