In z/OS 3.2 DFSMS the ACS source is also stored in an SCDS and the ACDS. However, I'd guess that the ACDS and SCDS had to be created with 3.2 .
You should be able to see it with z/OSMF. You can work back from the ACDS to find the source data set but if that's been lost, well, sorry.
