B37 in locate mode still has buffer available for your use when the DCB
Abend exit runs, or ESTAE runs....it is released after those complete.
This is important to save any buffered data that is not yet written to
disk, as it will then be lost when the dataset is closed by the system and
the buffers freed -- after your Abend exit has had a chance to process.
