Really more directed towards PCs any more. But #5 especially applies (don't
tell admins about big upcoming changes - request them the day of the roll
out). #6 just occurred to me. We have a RACF password reset "self service"
tool. People still call the HelpDesk to get their passwords reset
(especially the off shore people). And, guess what? The night help desk
can't remember how to use the RACF web site which can do much more, but can
reset passwords. And they refuse to having anything to do with z/OS. And IT
management doesn't care about this attitude of "the mainframe is shit and I
don't _have_ to support it!" Of course, they have the same attitude. Yes,
I'm P.O.'ed at them.
