Forbes published a dumb article, in my opinion. Of course IBM has a strategy, and there it is in the annual report, in clear language. An article analyzing whether or not IBM has the correct strategy might be interesting. An article analyzing whether IBM is executing well or not against its strategy also might be interesting. That Forbes article?
