There is a product call EDGE Profolio Analysis that supports load modules. The product only supported modules stored in PDS's. The last time I used the product did not support PDSE's. The product was not expensive but I do not know the current price for the product.

IIRC File 330 only provides an ISPF skin for COBANAL and not COBANAL itself.
