I had opened an SR with IBM on Aug 14. Then on Aug 15 I closed the case as my problem was resolved.
Since then I have received about 12 notifications that my case has been closed. I was wondering if anyone else was seeing this issue. I have contacted the SR Help desk and they say they have a notification issue and are working on it. But it is going on for 6 days now. It is getting a bit annoying.
