I think the OP is looking for it. When you do the listserver commands, it
indicates

No LISTSERV list by the name of "IBM-NETS" is known to exist

Nor one for IBM-NET either

When I searched the internet I only found hits for IBM-NETS as a bitserver
and then only from 1993 or so. I think that this is no longer a working
list.

So, if the query is for VTAM - IBMMAN will suffice, If it is for TCPIP there
is a better list and so forth.

So, it the requestor could tell us what specific topic he is interested in,
we can find a list that will work.

If you send a "query ibm-net" (or other) command to any listserv (such as
[email protected]) it will get forwarded to the appropriate list
server and you will receive notification of the forwarding and the eventual
response.

NOTE: the command goes to the listserv, not to the list.
