1/3 does seem high. But I remember IBM saying that the new SCRT "fixed some problems" which had resulted, in the past, in MSUs being _under_ reported. and that the newest, required, SCRT would put out larger numbers for the same work. I don't run this, and my manager isn't here. So I don't know how much our report increased.
