Sorry for the marketing spiel, but we market system automation products that do everything that has been discussed in this thread so far. We also have a spool management product that would allow you to automatically offload the output based on any of a great number of factors, from the number of lines int he job, the class(es), the destination, the age, and many others. You can also set it up to automatically delete output based on those same factors (instead of offloading it). You can also access the output via ISPF or via the web, and you can email it if you wish. (The next version, due out in November will allow you to automatically offload and email it based on pre-set parameters).
