Agreed. While I did NOT received this specific one, I often get offline 
requests from help from persons who browse RACF-L and IBM-MAIN often from 
Google Groups.  Most of the time I answer them politely. If they repeately 
request offline (and free) help, I tend to ignore them.

For this type of questions, I would recommend you to ignore him or just refer 
him/her/it back to RACF-L.
