For those not wanting to get the secured message - here is what she posted

I have cross reported this on the MVS-OE listserv.

We started having abends in anything related to Unix Systems Services a
couple of days after we installed CA Common Services Release 14.1.
Abends that appeared repeatedly were an abundance of 0C4's in IBM
modules IGVRVSM, IGVVSERR, IGVVSTOR & IEAVESAR which could be found in
LOGRECS. Be sure you have the Hipers installed that are related to CSA
for this product, which did fix the problem (ro59409, ro48287). We had
4 or 5 IPL's before it could be figured out. It didn't show up in our
test systems where we had it for a couple of months. It showed up when
a project started that kicked off many ABINITIO processes.
Unfortunately, we had changes made for Abinitio, TFS installed and CA
Common Services Release 14.1 all go in almost simultaneously.
