There was a similar question asked on Wed, 13 Apr 2011 to this list.
The subject line was "null out MGMTCLAS."
Several solutions were suggested because IDCAMS apparently cannot
assign a NULL management class value.

What happens if you do a DEFINE and omit the MGMTCLAS Parm. What do
you get (assuming it does not throw an error)?
