That is Absolutly correct .. IBM is first and Formost a Business, they were at one time a Hardware Company" buy today theu are nothing more than a "Sales Engine", paying less attention to Quality and Customer Service. Their Sales Team comes in and sell You software tat You dont really need. They claim they have Architects but they are realy "Product Techs'.
