You could intercept/post-process the SMF type 70 records. There used to be two unsupported/undocumented methods to get LPAR information - one was to use the "Diagnose 204" instruction and the other was to sniff certain storage owned by RMF Monitor III.
I believe the latest version of SHOWZOS has an example of how to use Diag204 - but take note of the instruction requirements and beware of its unsupported nature.
