You may need to review the z/OS TSO/E Customization z/OS manual for what can
be specified in the IKJTSOxx member.

There is AUTHTSF  AUTHCMD and AUTHPGM.

Not know what level of z/OS you are doing this on or what  your code is
trying to do, it may be one or the other or both.
