Indeed! While I like some GUI aspects, some things can't be done in GUI. One 
example in Windoze XP: batch file is used to receive and compress lots of files 
into several WinZip files using a WinZip Command Line extension. Very handy for 
mass handling of data based on date/time of year.

I miss Rexx in command line for OS/2. I believe there are Rexx for windoze, but 
I haven't looked at it.

But then, you reminded me of that nasty Adobe pop-up installer. :-(

Hmm, ( showing my absolute ignorance :-D ), what happened to that GUI thing 
(via TCP/IP) for z/OS which was promised a while back? If available, what is 
its name now?
