Good idea, now I have pondering on it, I'll have a nice discussion with my DRP team so we can replace DVDs with external hard drives. Just with the envelopes containing details of the special ids, I could arrange that instead of CD / DVD with bookmanager, we can use external hard drive (Verbatim USB Store and Go 500 GB for example). Then we can also store IPL procedures and other similar documentations on that drives too. Thanks Mike for your good idea!
